Initial Claim Information for Homeowner Policy

If a loss has occurred at your home, condo or apartment please fill out as much information as possible and email back to us or fax to our office at 781-431-9595.  If the type of loss is so severe that you no longer have a place to sleep, please call 781-431-9600 and report on the emergency line, making sure you leave your phone number.  Someone will be paged and call back as soon as possible.  In any case you should make every effort to prevent further damage occurring.  While not all losses are covered under the insurance policy, any costs incurred to protect the property or make temporary repairs on a covered loss will be included in the claim.  If the damage resulting is under $1,000 please get an estimate for repair, very often claims can be quickly settled from these.  If the damage is over $1,000 an appraiser will be assigned to contact you as soon as possible.  Please make sure you have provided a phone number for us to contact you at!
